Research On The Optimization Of Qualit Cost Control Of W Company From The Perspective Of Value Chain

For the manufacturing industry,ensuring product quality is the top priority of enterprise development,and quality cost is closely related to product quality.Therefore,quality cost control is particularly important for the manufacturing industry,especially the manufacturing industry that is required to produce fine products.Through quality cost analysis,strengthening quality cost control and paying attention to product quality can make enterprises have more competitive advantages in the market and increase the ability of sustainable development.The quality cost control from the perspective of value chain is the extension of cost control,which can not only supervise the value creation activities in the whole value chain,but also take into account the quality cost control of value activities in all links.Emphasis on vertical value chain is conducive to realizing resource integration and establishing strategic cooperative relations.This paper takes W Company as the case study object.Since the statistical data of quality cost is relatively intuitive,the focus of this paper is on the data of quality cost of W Company in 2019.This paper studies the quality cost control system of W Company by referring to the relevant theoretical literature on quality cost control and value chain as well as its practical application in enterprises,drawing on the relevant scientific research ideas,combining the field investigation results of W Company,and combining theoretical analysis with case analysis.Based on the perspective of value chain,this paper analyzes the quality cost data of W Company in 2019 one by one,and makes an in-depth study on the problems of quality cost control and their causes,including neglecting customer satisfaction,improper cost input for prevention,neglecting identification cost,and lacking quality cost training,etc.Then,in view of the value chain,some optimization schemes are put forward,including paying attention to customer satisfaction,cultivating relevant professionals,strengthening quality cost training,and paying attention to test,inspection and testing.Finally,it summarizes the experience of W Company in implementing quality cost control and gives several guarantee measures for the implementation of the plan,so as to make the article more comprehensive and substantial,so as to achieve the purpose of improving the quality cost control level of W Company.Found in this study are: value chain perspective will be great help for the quality of the enterprise cost control,under the perspective of value chain,enterprise quality cost can infiltrate into all aspects of each link,the quality cost control is the enterprise under the perspective of value chain in the face of increasingly fierce competition in the market environment,improve enterprise value,promote the enterprise total quality management of effective path;At the same time,manufacturing enterprises need to pay attention to customer satisfaction,especially for the auto parts manufacturing industry with fine workmanship requirements.The quality satisfaction standards of enterprises may not meet customer satisfaction requirements.The research significance of this paper lies in that by analyzing the optimization of quality cost control of W Company,the corresponding optimization scheme and safeguard measures are proposed from the perspective of value chain,so as to provide certain reference value for the quality cost control of manufacturing enterprises.
