With the rapid increasing numbers of car consumers and car ownership,it has brought the huge opportunity for China’s automobile after-market service.On the other hand,with a series of the implementation like restrictions on car purchases,combating congestion in the first-tier cities,Chinese auto market have to slow down from the explosive growth return to a rational and stable growth state.Under this background,the automobile components and automobile after-market service industry which were overshadowed by the shinning auto industry will attract more and more attention from manufacturers and social capital.Therefore,in-depth study of after-market service sales strategy,improving the competitiveness of automobile aftermarket industry,creating or introduce of the compatible sales mode,thinking pattern,strategy and technology,accelerating the industrial transformation are need pay great attention to by automobile after-market service suppliers.This paper firstly analyzed the growing automobile after-market service scale and mode of China,customer demands and the pain-point of customers.The survey researched the impact of information transparency on user’s,and use the survey result into the company’s marketing activities.This study will provide some suggestions to the Chinese car service enterprises to break through the traditional ideas of development in this highly competitive automobile after-market.Hope to create a great car service environment,to instill a customer-oriented mode,to bring benefits to consumers and also to promote the circular development of whole automobile industry.
