The automobile industry as the pillar industry of the country.It is also a main way of transportation,it deeply affected the way people travel,the standard of living and long-term development of the national economy,is an important pillar of the development of China’s manufacturing industry.Then,facing the huge market demand and sales is a huge transformation of sales,at present most of the domestic automobile manufacturing and service providers,mainly rely on face to face 4S stores and sales,e-commerce only as online promotion,activity organization,market research,customer maintenance of tools,customers are mainly reading the most the new information from the automobile companies,but did not play the greatest degree of channel sales of electric cars.Therefore,this paper aims to analyze external environment and internal conditions,make enterprise development electricity supplier sales model,in order to improve the effectiveness of business decisionmaking,and to provide some suggestions for the development of e-commerce in China’s auto industry,but also can provide some experience for the development of electric car industry in china.This paper adopts the analysis method of internal and external environment,according to the question analysis and research ideas to solve problems,to e-commerce related theory as the main basis,through SWOT analysis,put forward the development must be taken into account in the problems and risks,formulate the development strategy.Through the BCG model analysis,we find that E-GALLOP company has a larger market in passenger cars,and we can make full use of this to carry out the transformation and development,and develop the mode of automobile electricity supplier.E-GALLOP company adopted mainly include brand integration strategy implementation strategy,enterprise business platform construction strategy,business platform sales channel development strategy,service strategy,customer service mobile professional automotive electricity supplier talent team construction strategy to carry out the electric car sales model.Combined with the actual business,some security measures are put forward from several aspects,including strong logistics support system,improve the system integration services,government support and policy support,and technical support and cooperation.Although this paper carries on the discussion to the electric car sales mode SHANGHAI E-GALLOP INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CO.、LTD,but also by the industry business development strategy from a particular perspective to make research on other companies to develop and has an important guiding significance to the implementation of the electricity supplier development strategy.
