| All the way along with our country “the Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road”initiative concept of "the Silk Road Economic Belt",the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps in the maintenance of social stability and security in Xinjiang,on the basis of overall goal,efforts to promote the economic construction,strongly promote the investment promotion and capital introduction,mainland enterprises into the Xinjiang,and even the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps regional investment more and more,but into a regional investment needs to pay special attention to one of the key factors is the talent resources.Kailixingkong automobile city in Xinjiang is the star automobile industrial park layout of the country’s first step,marked the whole industry chain imported cars economic synergy innovation project formally entered the stage of comprehensive construction,but affected by the external market environment and other aspects,in the past two years the company operating situation is not optimistic,the phenomenon of brain drain have appeared in the part.Pay satisfaction investigation and study of this paper is to study the awareness of employees for the company pay and subjective feeling,the next step for the company to retain and introduce talents to establish a scientific and effective compensation management system,so as to improve the stability of the company staff and reasonable liquidity,promote the company to further improve sales performance,realize the company vision.This paper by motivation theory,two-factor theory,equity theory,demand hierarchy theory,expectancy theory of human resource management theory as the foundation,design PSQ salary satisfaction survey scale pay system,pay structure and pay levels,salary management,and pay fair five dimensions,on pay satisfaction of various relationships were studied,and the results using SPSS statistical tools,principal component analysis and correlation analysis,carefully study the salary satisfaction of employees in a small business with good market prospects but periodic setbacks,found that there were problems,cause analysis.Therefore,the compensation system optimization theory is used to optimize the design of the compensation system.XK company in this paper we find a satisfaction survey lag compensation satisfaction did not include the company strategy,insufficient compensation system set up incentive factors in the structure,competitive pay levels,internal justice needs to be improved,staff growth expectations needs attention and company compensation management level remains to be further improved,on the basis of theoretical research is presented according to the influencing factors of compensation satisfaction into the XK company strategic considerations,the dynamic compensation satisfaction survey;Perfect model,based on post salary structure to strengthen between the employees and pay system to learn communication,the key positions and mixed compensation strategy under the market leading compensation levels,improving the performance appraisal system and build a good mechanism of promoting employees expect improvement measures,such as for other similar enterprises pay satisfaction investigation provides the reference and compensation optimization. |
