| A good heating energy-saving system is of great significance for energy conservation,pollution reduction and quality of life improvement.Based on the investigation of the current heating situation at home and abroad,it is found that there are three main problems in China’s current heating:first,it is unable to heat on demand;second,the billing method is unreasonable;third,the energy utilization rate is low and the waste is serious.With the growing awareness of environmental protection and energy conservation and the increasing status of building energy conservation,it is the general trend to implement"household heating,metering and charging".Under this background,based on LADRC control algorithm,this paper designs a household heating control system which integrates room temperature automatic regulation,heat monitoring,data transmission and remote control.In order to ensure the stability and real-time performance of the system,this dissertation combines RT thread real-time operating system to complete the development of various functional modules.First of all,the room temperature control system in the household heating control system had the characteristics of nonlinearity,hysteresis and large inertia.This paper proposes a solution based on LADRC control algorithm.Through ZigBee wireless communication technology,the collected indoor temperature is sent to the controller in real time.The LADRC algorithm is used to control the opening of the motor valve,and then the indoor temperature is controlled.The current temperature and the set temperature are displayed in real time through the LCD screen.Secondly,the ultrasonic heat meter is installed on the heating pipe of the user.The device uses PT100 temperature probe to measure the temperature of the water in and out of the pipe,and uses the ultrasonic time difference method to measure the flow of hot water,calculates the heat data according to the corresponding formula,and then transmits it to the controller through the M-BUS bus,providing the basis for measurement and charging.Finally,a remote server is built,a human-computer interactive web configuration monitoring system was developed by using onenetview2 configuration software,and the energy consumption data of the system is transmitted through WiFi or Ethernet network communication technology to realize the remote data collection,monitoring and abnormal alarm functions.Through the establishment of software and hardware test environment,the household heating control system is integrated tested.The test results show that the system functions normally.Based on the indoor temperature mathematical model of a specific room,the LADRC and PID algorithm are simulated with Matlab/Simulink.The simulation results show that compared with the traditional PID algorithm,the adjustment time of LADRC algorithm is about 1000s faster and the adjustment process is more stable. |
