Now that we have entered an era of the Internet,with the growth of remote control technology,sensor technology and communication technology,the Internet of Vehicles,as an important branch of the Internet of Things,is also rapidly developing.The automobile’s intelligent control system has gradually formed a form of human-server-vehicle communication to facilitate users to complete the monitoring of the automobile.The vehicle-mounted gateway bears the heavy responsibility of the cloud and vehicle-side information hub in the system.It is not only the vehicle-mounted ECU,but also the function of the wireless communication module,so the field of car networking also has higher requirements for the vehicle-mounted gateway.Traditional vehicle-mounted gateways have gradually failed to meet the needs of today’s cars in terms of response speed,transmission bandwidth,data processing.performance,and software portability.This article mainly solves the above problems and provides some reference value for the future L3 and L4 level automatic driving technology.Firstly,a design scheme of an onboard intelligent gateway based on Open CPU is proposed.For the traditional vehicle gateway using MCU as the core processor,this article uses the Open CPU module as the main processor solution,transplants the business logic from the MCU to the Open CPU,and performs module selection,power optimization,and CAN link.Design and other hardware aspects.The Open CPU module provides a Linux hardware operating platform and Qualcomm’s DSI_Net Ctrl library API,which reduces the development difficulty of the 4G vehicle gateway application layer and increases portability.Secondly,the body data collection is separated from the gateway function,and the FCW anti-collision warning function is implemented.For a large number of body data,filter the duplicate data,only upload real-time updated data to the cloud server,reducing the amount of communication data.The shortcomings of traditional vehicle gateways such as slow response speed,low transmission bandwidth,poor data processing performance and poor software portability are improved,so that vehicle gateways can carry out reliable data transmission.Millimeter-wave radar performs AD sampling of the difference frequency signal of the vehicle in front,and then uses the FFT algorithm to extract the maximum value of the spectrum amplitude and calculate the frequency of the intermediate frequency signal,thereby calculating the front and rear distance and the relative speed.Then take corresponding safety measures according to the predicted accident occurrence time to reduce the accident occurrence rate.Finally,the corresponding test environment is established to carry out unit test and integration test on the vehicle-mounted intelligent gateway system.Mainly test and analyze the data collection module,FCW anti-collision warning module and data processing module to check the real-time and feasibility of the system.The test results show that all the indicators of the system have reached the design requirements,and the response speed and transmission efficiency have been significantly improved.
