| The manufacturing industry is a traditional high turnover rate industry.The turnover rate of employees in the manufacturing industry is in a high position in other industries.In recent years,the turnover rate of state-owned enterprise employees has been increasing year by year.Therefore,it is necessary to be microscopically targeted.Study the issue of employee loyalty in state-owned manufacturing companies.This paper selects C hongqing’s representative state-owned enterprise company A as an example,adopts questionnaires to comprehensively measure and evaluate employee loyalty of company A,a nd gives suggestions for improving employee loyalty of company A.Firstly,this paper combs the relevant theoretical basis of employee loyalty research from three aspects of demand hierarchy theory,fairness theory and two-factor theory,and analyzes the relationship between enterprise employee loyalty research and these theories;The related research on employee loyalty has summarized and reviewed the research on employee loyalty of domestic and foreign scholars.Secondly,the two comprehensive evaluation methods selected in this paper are analyzed,namely the analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and the process of how to integrate these two evaluation methods into the comprehensive evaluation of employee loyalty is brie fly explained.This paper discusses the impact mechanism of employee loyalty from three aspects: individual post factor,state-owned enterprise self-factor and social environment factor.Based on evaluation method and impact mechanism,it establishes state-owned with three first-level indicators and 15 second-level indicators.A comprehensive evaluation index system for employee loyalty.Then,this paper introduces the background of selected respondents,such as the basic profile of Chongqing A company,human resources and employee loyalty status,and design questionnaires,as well as statistical analysis of basic characteristics and employee loyalty statistics.analysis.Thirdly,based on the data obtained from the questionnaire and its statistical analysis,this paper first obtains the comprehensive loyalty measure value and the overall employee loyalty measure value of the company through the combination of the analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The probit model empirically tests the factors affecting employee loyalty.Based on employee loyalty statistics,measurement and empirical results,the overall evaluation of employee loyalty status of C hongqing A company.Finally,this paper gives suggestions for improving the loyalty of Company A from two aspects.O ne is to improve employees’ loyalty to the company;the other is to strengthen the post-management of employee loyalty.The study found that the comprehensive loyalty level of the employees interviewed by C hongqing Company A is generally high,and the loyalty of the employees of the state-owned enterprises and the social environment factors are relatively high,but the personal job factors are mainly.Work content,career planning,promotion space,salary and benefits,and employee loyalty in personal emotions are mainly expressed as general level,which determines the general loyalty level of employees in personal job factors;the state-owned enterprises’ own factors and social environmental factors High loyalty depends on A’s prospects and A’s geographical advantage.The level of satisfaction and comprehensive loyalty of employees of different ages,genders,and academic qualifications showed a certain degree of volatility and heterogeneity under various levels of indicators.Specifically,age,gender,education and other variables for Company A.Employee loyalty has a negative effect,but the higher the number of interviewed employees tends to show higher loyalty.Although the overall loyalty of Company A employees is at a relatively high level,it is still necessary to fill in short-boards with insufficient loyalty in some aspects of refinement,such as company salary and welfare,career planning,training management,team building and cultural concepts. |
