| The comprehensive pipe gallery system is helpful to relieve the huge traffic pressure,carry out the maintenance work of the pipeline smoothly,and reduce the threat brought by the earthquake and other disasters to a great extent.However,there are many risk factors in the project.such as high construction difficulty,unreliable benefit,large capital consumption and so on.Therefore,to do a good job in risk management has become one of the key issues that need to be paid attention to in the construction of comprehensive pipe gallery.This paper studies the risk management of M city comprehensive pipe gallery.Firstly,the paper summarizes the research background and significance,summarizes the research status at home and abroad,and clarifies the basic concepts and theoretical basis involved in the research process.Then,based on the whole life cycle theory,from the five links of project decision-making,design,construction,operation and handover,this paper analyzes the risk factors of M urban comprehensive pipe gallery project.Then,the risk factors of M city comprehensive pipe gallery project are evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Finally,based on the evaluation results,the corresponding risk response measures are proposed.Through the study of this paper,it can be seen that the whole life cycle of M urban comprehensive pipe gallery covers five parts,including planning,design and construction,which contains 35 potential risk factors.Through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the risk level of M urban pipe gallery project is medium,and the risks of each link are at least design,operation,construction,handover and planning.In order to better promote the smooth progress of the project,this paper has made countermeasures for the risks with medium or higher impact.Through the study of this paper,on the one hand,in order to promote the smooth development of M city comprehensive pipe gallery project,on the other hand,it also provides a theoretical reference for similar project risk management. |
