Analysis And Improvement Of Railway Diseases In Xinjiang

With people attach great importance to the construction of transportation facilities,railway construction has also become the focus of people’s attention,and as far as the railway itself is concerned,it is mainly to communicate between cities,so its construction is more difficult.Moreover,in the process of railway construction,line diseases will appear in all aspects of railway construction,which has a great impact on railway construction and operation.As far as Xinjiang Railway is concerned,due to the local climate and geographical reasons,many diseases such as crossing sinking,ballast hardening,rail wear and abrasion,rail joint wear and serious rail deflection appear,which greatly shorten the service life of Xinjiang Railway.Under this background,based on consulting the domestic and foreign data of railway line disease remediation,combined with the actual situation of railway line disease remediation,this paper studies the types of diseases and remediation methods.At the same time,this paper takes Xinjiang railway line as the research foundation,combines with its disease,elaborates the targeted renovation countenneasures,aiming at guiding practice and improving the level of Xinjiang railway line renovation.The main research contents are as follows:(1)By searching for a large number of domestic and foreign railway line disease data and Xinjiang railway line field survey data,the research status of railway line disease at home and abroad is summarized.The causes and treatment of railway line diseases at home and abroad are compared and analyzed.The causes and treatment methods of railway line diseases in Xinjiang are emphatically analyzed.(2)Taking Lucaogou railway line in Xinjiang railway line as an example,this paper studies the diseases of Xinjiang railway in recent years,and the causes of the diseases are mainly caused by powder pollution in the process of railway construction,the sinking of crossings caused by improper treatment of ballast bed,the unreasonable setting of curved rails,the quality price difference of rolling steel,the dynamic load effect and the temperature change of rails.(3)Taking the common diseases of Lucaogou Railway Line as an example and using the actual data from field investigation,the paper makes a comprehensive evaluation of the railway line diseases in this section.Finally,the evaluation results of this section of line are obtained and the next disease treatment plan is worked out.(4)According to the characteristics of railway line diseases in Xinjiang and the data of railway line diseases on Lucaogou line investigated on the spot in recent years,the control measures and prevention measures of common railway line diseases on Lucaogou line are put forward.
