In recent years,the automotive market is competitive fiercely,and industry changes are inevitable.Logistics has become the "third source of profit" for enterprises.To reduce logistics costs,the company uses a third-party logistics outsourcing model to outsource the storage,transportation,and packaging business of automobile companies operate to third parties.In order to improve the quality of third-party logistics services,increase customer satisfaction,and enhance the company’s own credibility and competitiveness,it is necessary to evaluate the quality of third-party logistics services in a timely manner,improve the evaluation index system,and monitor,manage,and improve the quality of logistics services.This thesis takes the third-party logistics service quality evaluation of Company B as the research object.First,it reviews the domestic and foreign service quality research.Then it introduces the operation mode,service quality status,service quality evaluation system of the third party logistics of company B,and analyzes the problems in the evaluation system.Combined with SERVQUAL,the evaluation index of 3PL service quality is constructed.The service quality evaluation index,and the service quality level of the third party logistics is evaluated by the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The evaluation result indicates that the quality of the third party logistics service of company B is at a good margin.Based on the evaluation results,a series of improvement measures and implementation guarantees are proposed.In view of the third-party logistics service quality evaluation model constructed by the SERVQUAL evaluation model,it can help Company B accurately evaluate the service quality,and make more targeted suggestions for improving the quality of thirdparty logistics services,thereby improving the service of logistics service providers Ability to increase the competitiveness of enterprises.At the same time,it also perfects the application practice of SERVQUAL evaluation model theory.
