| Manufacturing industry is the pillar industry of China’s national economy and the foundation of China’s founding,rejuvenating and strengthening.Under the new normal economic situation of socialism,the human resource management of traditional manufacturing companies is facing great changes.On the one hand,the emerging service companies such as meituan takeout and didi taxi have absorbed a large number of labor,competing for a large number of labor originally belonging to manufacturing companies.On the other hand,the market needs a stable and high-quality staff for the innovation of manufacturing companies’ products.At present,the difficulties in recruitment,the high turnover rate of employees and the low efficiency of production and operation are the practical problems that every manufacturing company must face in human resource management under the new normal economic situation of socialism.How to improve the job satisfaction of manufacturing company employees,stabilize the staff team and improve the company’s business situation has become a problem that every manufacturing company manager must consider.This thesis takes Fuyang Y Intelligent Technology Co.,Ltd.as the research object.First of all,based on the research of the related literature of employee satisfaction in the company,combined with the six aspects of salary and welfare,personal development,work pressure,organizational identity,occupational security,corporate management,etc.,a questionnaire survey of satisfaction in Y company was conducted;secondly,through the descriptive statistical analysis and variance analysis of the survey results,the interview was analyzed The starting point of the survey;finally,through the interview survey,find out the main problems of Y company in employee job satisfaction management.According to the results of the questionnaire and interview,this study puts forward the strategies to improve the employee satisfaction of Y company from three aspects:establishing a fair human resource management system,building a learning company and improving human care.It is believed that this study has an important reference significance for improving the employee satisfaction of Y company and other similar manufacturing companies and improving the company’s operating conditions. |
