In recent years,Manufacturers in various industries around the world have gradually changed from traditional manufacturing enterprises with products as the core to service-oriented manufacturing enterprises with services as the core.In order to seek sustainable development,consumers have become the key to the reform of manufacturers,traditional manufacturers began to slowly transform into service manufacturers.Equipment manufacturing enterprises must have their own competitive advantages if they want to quickly adapt to the development of the market.How to cultivate customer satisfaction and loyalty has become a topic of current concern.This thesis first introduces the development background and research significance of domestic and foreign manufacturing industry,and summarizes and analyzes the theories and models related to customer satisfaction;then,introduces the standard gear reducer FZG products of F Company,and takes them as the object of case study,summarizes its market operation status and existing problems,and further analyzes the significance of customer satisfaction survey carried out by F Company,so as to lay a foundation for the following survey analysis.Based on the RATER index model,the questionnaire structure is designed from six aspects: overall satisfaction,trust satisfaction,professional satisfaction,tangible satisfaction,response satisfaction,and equal-cause satisfaction.The reliability and validity of the questionnaire are analyzed.In order to establish the customer satisfaction evaluation system of F company’s FZG products,factor analysis is used to construct all the contents of the customer satisfaction improvement plan based on the research on the relevant index system,price satisfaction,quality satisfaction and so on.The research of this paper will not only help to improve the customer satisfaction of FZG products of F Company,but also enhance its market competition.It can also provide reference for the formulation of customer satisfaction improvement strategies for similar enterprises or products in the industry,which has a certain practical value.
