Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up,the development of China’s civil aviation industry has attracted great attention.In the fierce competition of modern aviation enterprises,excellent human resources are the premise of qualitative change of excellent enterprise management philosophy,and also an important part of core competitiveness.In recent years,in order to vigorously support the development of the local aviation industry,the provincial governments are preparing various new navigation enterprises.It is in this context that Qinghai FL general aviation corporation came into being.This paper focuses on the design of employee training system of Qinghai FL general aviation corporation,and discusses the significance of this study from three aspects:national society,navigation industry and the enterprise.Because this paper is about the design of the employee training system of Qinghai FL general aviation corporation,based on the needs of practical work and research,the author adopts the research methods of combining theoretical research and empirical research,qualitative research and quantitative research,induction and deduction to analyze the current situation,research analysis,existing problems,cause analysis and design of the employee training system of Qinghai FL general aviation corporation.The preliminary research on the implementation guarantee measures after planning and design follows the basic framework of "theoretical foreshadowing-raising problems-analyzing problems-solving problems",hoping to find out a more suitable set of employee training system for Qinghai FL general aviation corporation.Aiming at the lack of systematic staff training system in Qinghai FL general aviation corporation,this paper attempts to design and study the training system of the company’s management personnel,pilots and maintenance personnel by using the theoretical knowledge and working experience learned by the author.It initially solves the problem of the lack of the company’s staff training system,and hopes to have some help and guidance for the establishment of the company’s staff training system in the future development,and can be of referential value for the future research of the training system of navigation enterprises in high/plateau operation.
