| With the rapid development of science and technology in the new era,the market economy is changing rapidly.For a company,the market competition is cruel and multifaceted,but it is basically the competition of talents.Only when the company does a good job in finding,training and using talents,can it really improve its competitiveness.In such an environment,a modern company must establish a set of scientific and advanced human resource training system.Only in this way can we cultivate a high-quality talent team in time according to the company’s strategic planning,and ensure that the company is always in an invincible position in the cruel market competition.T Company is a traditional coal gangue thermal power plant.With the increasingly strict requirements of energy conservation and consumption reduction and the rapid development of new energy power generation technology,T company is facing severe pressure of strategic transformation.The company has established two strategic plans of introducing advanced equipment and technology to carry out energy conservation and consumption reduction projects and vigorously developing biomass power generation and photovoltaic power generation.In the future,to ensure the smooth implementation of these two strategic plans,the company is in urgent need of a large number of talents.Although the company has established a set of human resources training system,and has operated for many years.But in recent years,the effect and quality of training can not meet the needs of the company’s development.How to optimize the current human resource training system,more efficient training of the company’s urgently needed talents,is becoming the urgent problem of T Company.Under the guidance of training related basic theories,this paper studies how to optimize the current human resource training system of T company by means of employee interview,questionnaire survey,historical data analysis and brainstorming.First of all,based on the historical data,questionnaire and interview results,this paper analyzes the current situation of human resources and training in T Company,and finds out the problems existing in the current training system and the reasons behind the problems.,This paper optimizes its human resource training system.Specifically,the whole process of training,including training needs analysis,training plan formulation,training activities implementation and training effect evaluation,is optimized.Among them,the training course design and training form selection are optimized,and the importance of introducing online training is discussed.In addition,this paper also makes a concrete design on how to ensure the efficient development of training work from the aspects of funds guarantee and system guarantee. |
