In recent years,with the development of WEB2.0,consumers are gradually shifting their way of shopping to the Internet.Consumers are more inclined to express their feelings on the Internet and more tend to get product-related information in online reviews.Because consumers voluntarily write reviews based on personal experience,the information they get from consumer reviews is more reliable than the information provided by sellers.In addition,consumer reviews cover the functional characteristics of products and some aspects of the advantages and disadvantages of the information,therefore,consumer reviews have been considered as a very valuable information resources.On the one hand,there is the opportunity to bring valuable information to consumers,but on the other hand it poses challenges.In the process of product selection,consumers need to compare different products.The most important of these is to understand the characteristics of each alternative product features in order to be able to distinguish the same and different.However,it is very difficult for consumers to read a large number of product reviews carefully.Therefore,how to fully tap the product attribute information in online reviews to make product selection is an urgent problem to be solved,and it is also a subject with important application value.Based on the summary of the theories and methods of decision-making methods and product selection models based on online reviews both at home and abroad,this paper makes a deep research on the product selection methods based on online reviews.At the theoretical level,a product selection method based on online reviews and improving VIKOR and a product selection method based on online reviews and superiority relationship are proposed.On the application level,The car product selection gives a specific example analysis,which provides a reference for the product selection based on online commentary.This paper mainly completes the following three aspects of research work:(1)Proposed product selection method based on online reviews and improved VIKOR.Aiming at the problem of consumer product selection based on online commentary,this paper considers the influence of consumer preference on product selection based on VIKOR method,and combines it with sentiment analysis method.A product selection method based on online reviews and improved VIKOR is proposed.(2)Proposed a product selection method based on online reviews and advantage relationship.Aiming at the problem of consumer product selection based on online commentary,considering the form that the attribute value is interval number,a new product selection method based on online commentary is proposed by combining the sentiment analysis method and the superiority relation ranking method.(3)The application of the proposed method in this paper is given.Taking the problem of automobile product selection in Yiche network as an example,the application research of product selection method based on online reviews is given,which verifies effectiveness of the proposed method.The product selection method provided in this paper provides a reference method for solving the problem of product selection for consumers who make product selection based on online commentary.It can help consumers to quickly make product selection decisions and lay the foundation for related research.
