| Angular contact ball bearing is one of the most widely used parts in mechanical equipment.The stiffness of the bearing is a key performance parameter.Whether it is a pair of bearings or a single set of bearings,the stiffness performance of the bearing directly affects the stiffness characteristics of the spindle system.At present,the research on the stiffness of the bearing is divided into static stiffness and dynamic stiffness.Both the static stiffness and the dynamic stiffness reflect the ability of the bearing itself to resist deformation,the static stiffness of the bearing refers to the ability of the bearing to resist the change of the static displacement when it is subjected to the steady load,and dynamic stiffness refers to the ability to resist dynamic displacement changes when subjected to alternating dynamic loads.Dynamic stiffness is the main index to measure the anti vibration ability of structures,so the research on the dynamic stiffness of bearing has more important significance to accurately obtain the dynamic characteristics of spindle bearing system.For the joint of the main bearing,the stiffness of the bearing is not only related to its structure,but also to the preload and the running speed of the bearing.Research on the stiffness performance of spindle bearing joint under different working conditions,especially the variation law of dynamic stiffness is of great significance to improve the machining accuracy of mechanical equipment.In this paper,the dynamic stiffness of the bearing is studied,and the following work is completed on the basis of the above structure:(1)On the basis of the analysis of Hertz theory,the dynamic stiffness test rig of angular contact ball bearing is designed on the basis of the engineering practice,the test bed can apply axial and radial load to the bearing,and measure the radial dynamic stiffness and axial dynamic stiffness of the selected type bearings under different loads and different rotating speeds.(2)The three-dimensional model of the bearing is established and the model is imported into hypermesh software and the finite element model is established,after the boundary condition is given,the ball bearing is simulated and analyzed by LS-Dyna,The motion law and force condition of each component of bearing are analyzed,and the dynamic stiffness simulation curve of angular contact ball bearing is obtained.(3)The dynamic stiffness of angular contact ball bearing is obtained by experimental tests,Through the actual measurement,the corresponding deformation size and variation law of the bearing under different axial force and radial force are obtained,and the dynamic stiffness curve of the bearing under different working conditions is obtained.And compared with the simulation results,to verify correctness of the simulation results.which provides a certain reference basis for the dynamic stiffness research of angular contact ball bearings.(4)The interactive simulation platform is designed in Matlab GUI software,and the visualization of bearing stiffness test is realized. |
