Research On The Development Strategy Of Y Group D Branch

China’s heavy equipment manufacturing industry started late,early to learn the Soviet union on based technology,and the construction of major technical equipment is also subject to some technical constraints.The development of the heavy equipment manufacturing industry is a cornerstone of a nation’s economic development and a reflection of a nation’s Comprehensive National Power as it relates to national infrastructure and national security.As China’s Comprehensive National Power grows stronger,it is also promoting localization in the field of heavy equipment manufacturing.In the past 70 years since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,heavy equipment manufacturing enterprises in China have developed rapidly,and the manufacturing level of heavy equipment has been improved significantly.Also made in the international China-made business cards,in the international competition in an undefeated position.With the deepening of economic globalization and the changing market situation,the development of heavy equipment manufacturing enterprises has also brought bottlenecks.How the enterprise adapts the market situation,realizes the long-term high quality development,also has become the enterprise strategic management new topic.This paper selects Y Group D branch as the research object,through the use of SWOT analysis,PEST analysis,porter five forces model and other scientific analysis methods,to analyze its internal and external environment,this paper analyzes the problems existing in Branch D of y group and the causes of the problems.And The new enterprise development strategy and the implementation of the strategy of the safeguard measures for the realization of heavy equipment manufacturing enterprises to provide an important reference.
