| Electric energy plays an unshakable role in people’s industrial production and daily life.With the development of science and technology,more and more electric equipments and channels are used in people’s life.The problems of AC current distortion and harmonic pollution caused by nonlinear elements in electric equipments can not be ignored.In order to use electric energy reasonably and cleanly,power factor correction technology should be introduced.Due to the excellent steady-state performance of PI control,the traditional power factor correction strategy is simple and easy to implement,mainly based on PI control.With the gradual improvement of people’s requirements,PI control is not suitable for all applications.The traditional topology of PFC is mainly boost circuit,but in recent years,the demand of using buck topology for PFC is gradually increasing,and boost topology also has natural disadvantages,and its heat is also rising.So the research object of this paper is buck PFC.In this paper,the simulation of the single-phase / three-phase single switch buck PFC based on PI control in the Simulink module of MATLAB is completed,and the performance indexes of the system based on PI control are analyzed and demonstrated.According to the law of conservation of energy,the direct energy control strategy is designed,the energy components and flow process of the system are analyzed,the energy controller is designed and the working process of the system is introduced.Then the simulation model of single-phase / three-phase single switch buck type PFC with the same main circuit parameters is built in the simulation environment of Simulink module,and the comparison simulation fitting is made for the direct energy control strategy and the traditional PI control strategy.The starting performance,steady-state performance,dynamic performance and power factor correction ability of the above two control strategies are compared,and the direct energy control strategy is verified Correctness and superiority.In the experiment part,TMS320F28335 digital signal processing chip is used as the central chip,and the C language program of direct energy control is written in CCS.The main circuit,signal sampling circuit,operational amplifier circuit,driving circuit and power supply circuit of the system are welded and debugged. |
