In this paper,the processing line of the engine block of an automobile base is taken as the research object.The cylinder production line was commissioned in 2014 and is nearing the end of the life cycle.Therefore,the average fault interval(MCBF)and mean time to repair(MTTR)of some equipment and machining centers have changed significantly from the initial stage of the production line.Originally,in order to avoid the failure of the cylinder machine adding line equipment or blocking the material,the Buffer area where the whole line production was blocked or even set up could not meet the operation of the existing cylinder machining line.At the same time,however,the machining cylinder line is at the end of the service cycle.Therefore,the cost involved in the large-scale Buffer area transformation is not cost-effective,and the establishment of a large-scale Buffer area does not meet the requirements of the lean production system.Therefore,it is imperative to select a large-scale and cost-effective work station from a large number of machining stations.There are many stations in the cylinder machining line,and there are many types of equipment involved.The equipment is blocked and the relationship between materials is complicated.The blockage and waiting situation of individual equipment may affect the other equipment indirectly.Therefore,the analysis of the plugging and waiting situation of a single device is obviously limited.Therefore,the simulation operation is carried out by means of the whole line simulation modeling,and the obtained data has a stronger guiding significance.At the same time,it can reduce the labor cost and time cost brought by the operation workers to simulate various situation adjustments.Therefore,it is decided to use the simulation modeling method to model and analyze the cylinder machining line.The design of this paper is based on computer simulation analysis technology.Firstly,this paper summarizes the origin,development,method,value,classification,application field of simulation technology and other related concepts.Then we do empirical research,fully collect the data of each station,through the Witness software,using the enterprise power production line communication and model platform,using the basic elements of logical relationship connectivity,input the real data obtained,to achieve the purpose of rapid modeling of the production line.Based on the analysis of the simulation results,an optimization scheme of cross feeding after stopping line is proposed,and then the optimal feeding station and buffer expansion scheme are obtained.This research is helpful to lower cost and improve production efficiency,and has high application value.
