| The cylinder block is one of the core components of engine.The cylinder block production line including CNC,ancillary,washer,honing machine and so on.It’s very complicated with a huge investment,the project cycle is the core restriction of new engine issue.Especially for the self-development engine,the project have a lot of uncertain factor including human resource,engineering requirement,project timing and so on.It cause the project management more complicated,the uncontrollable of project timing is a big project risk.Aim at the common issue of project progress management of engine cylinder block machining line,the paper show a new progress control model base on the critical chain to higher the efficiency of project,shorten project timing,lower the project risk.The main research including following:1)Analysis the characteristic of project management of engine cylinder block machining line,introduce the cylinder machining line and organization of it.Analysis the human resource,engineering requirement,project timing issues of the project.2)Establish a project progress manage module,including task breakdown,task timing,project bottleneck identification,project safety time,progress tracking and the approve flow of project progress management.Use an innovative CSP method to make task breakdown,distinguish the buffer calculate of the new and normal technology.3)Apply the new model which showed by the paper on the self-development cylinder production line.The result show 4 months earlier the original plan.This improve the validity of the new model. |
