| Coal-fired industrial boilers are applied to various fields of national economy,most industrial and district heating system employ industrial boilers to produce hot water or steam,which are major energy consumers and important source of air pollution.Coal-fired industrial boilers in China show features of large number and diversity of forms with low operational efficiency level.A method based on the first law of thermodynamics to evaluate the operating efficiency of coal-fired industrial boiler according to the current relevant standards.The method is mature and widely-applied,with the method the distribution of heat losses in coal-fired industrial boilers can be judged to a certain degree.However,it is incapable to provide guidance in terms of the grade of energy.Most of current researches in this field selected one or several samples which can not reflect the overall characteristics of the coal-fired industrial boilers in the region and provide operation experience for other boilers.The general situation of coal-fired industrial boilers in Liaoning province was explained,firstly.After that,the principle and method of energy efficiency analysis of coal-fired industrial boilers wrer described in detail.141 industrial coal-fired boilers were selected as samples.The energy efficiency analysis was carried out and the carbon emission of the sample boilers was calculated with the thermal test data.On the basis of the second law of thermodynamics,a exergy analysis model applicable for coal-fired industrial boiler was proposed.Afterwards the energy and exergy analysis results of typical sample boilers were compared.The influence factors of the energy efficiency and carbon emission of the coal-fired industrial boilers were discussed to improve the operation.According to the minimum and target efficiency required in the current relevant standards,the energy conservation and emission reduction potentials were calculated.Six other types of boilers consumed different fuels were selected to replace coal-fierd industrial boilers,the corresponding annual capital cost were calculated.Meanwhile,nine energy conservation technologies and eight emission reduction technologies were selected.By the method of conservation supply curve,the influence of coal price on the cost and benefit of energy conservation technologies was discussed.With relevant policies as the background,different scenarios were set to discuss reasonable schemes of the reforms for 141 sample boilers. |
