Along with the rapid development of Internet technology,e-commerce platforms have also emerged in large numbers.The rise of online shopping model has brought unprecedented impact on the traditional offline physical shopping model.Among them,online home appliance sales have gradually become the whole home appliance sales.Compared with offline home appliance shopping mode,online home appliance shopping has the advantages of convenience,quick product variety,and saving shopping cost.However,online fraud,logistics problems and after-sales service problems are often criticized by people.These problems are serious.Affect the user’s buying experience.Therefore,for the entire online home appliance market,it is very important to obtain and analyze the main factors affecting the user’s purchase experience,to clarify their own advantages,to improve their own deficiencies,and to enhance the user experience of online home appliances.This article focuses on the research on the factors influencing consumer satisfaction of major appliances,mainly doing the following work:(1)Introduce the current status of online major appliances users’ satisfaction at this stage,elaborating and analyzing the existence of online major appliances The main problem is to give an idea to solve the problem of user satisfaction of online major appliances;(2)Use the sentiment classification model to classify the sentiment data of online major appliances products,and divide the user’s review data into positive reviews and Negative evaluation in two parts.A sentiment classification model AConv BLSTM combined with attention mechanism and neural network algorithm is proposed.This model can get the relationship between text contexts more effectively while obtaining the local features of user comment text data,and has a higher classification accuracy;(3)Perform semantic network analysis on the positive and negative evaluations obtained by sentiment classification processing,reintegrate the messy sentence structure after word segmentation,and display the content expressed by user comment data as a whole;(4)Use topic model to align Negative review data will be further analyzed,and the potential topics in the review data will be mined to obtain the user’s attention points of the positive and negative review data,respectively,and then the main factors that affect the user satisfaction of home appliances.(5)Conduct an empirical analysis of three major home appliances such as water heaters,washing machines and refrigerators on the Jingdong platform,obtain and analyze the influencing factors of their user satisfaction,and then put forward reasonable suggestions. |
