| With the development of national economy,the requirement of engine field is getting higher and higher.The traditional development mode can not meet the development demand of modern engine control system.Therefore,it is of high scientific and economic value to design and develop the electronic control system of Marine engine and study the closed-loop control strategy of Marine natural gas engine speed.Firstly,this paper takes yuchai yc6k295ln-c30 natural gas engine as the research object,and develops a matching electronic control system according to the control requirements of Marine natural gas engine.The control system state machine was built by Simulink environment,and the built model was tested to ensure its reliable operation and functional integrity.Through theoretical analysis,the coordinated control strategy of closed loop and air-fuel ratio of natural gas engine is designed and its model is built.The feasibility of the whole control strategy is studied by software in the loop.Secondly,through the way of hardware in the loop to verify whether the control strategy meets the design requirements,whether the control system function meets the established goals.In this paper,port docking is carried out between ETAS platform and the previously designed hardware circuit to complete the construction of hardware on the ring platform.The real-time monitoring and calibration interface is designed based on the experimental environment of LABCAR-EE.Based on the HIL simulation platform,the performance of the control strategy was verified by the complex mutation simulation test and the rotational speed mutation simulation test.Finally,the experimental platform is used to verify the effect of the proposed speed closed-loop control strategy.The function of the engine controller is verified by software and hardware.On the basis of the above work,an important MAP of torque and throttle opening,torque and gas injection quality was obtained through open-loop calibration test of yuchai yc6k295ln-c30 natural gas engine.Through the experiment of variable speed of fixed load and the experiment of variable speed of fixed speed,it is verified that the control system of Marine natural gas engine designed in this paper meets the speed regulation standard of Marine diesel engine with national standard accuracy 3. |
