A good airflow distribution ensures that people can work and study easelully, therefore, the design and choice of air supply is essential to the cabin comfort.Based on a cruise cabin,Computational fluid dynamics(CFD)methods is used to optimize the air supply and simulate the air distribution in different air supply conditions.double swirl air supply and loose orifice plate are used as optimization objects, diffuser air supply and circular plate air supply are also compared based on the optimization study. The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)In the artificial environment laboratory, double swirl air supply and loose orifice plate are experimental studied, the experimental data and numerical simulation data are compared to draw optimization model of air supply.(2)The double swirl air supply and loose orifice plate are optimized,The non-uniformity coefficient, velocity deviation, air supply efficiency and comprehensive evaluation index are compared to obtain the optimal design parameter range.(3)The optimum design of blade Angle and aperture ratio is carried out for the double swirl air supply and loose orifice plate, the non-uniformity coefficient, model resistance, turbulence coefficient and tuyere range are compared to obtain the optimal design range according to the diffenert weather working conditions.(4)The indoor living accommodation are simulated reasonably, and the indoor temperature, speed, relative humidity, indoor air age,PMV indices of the four kinds air supply are respectively analyzed.(5)Comprehensive evaluation system that is suitable for cruse cabins is established toevaluate the indoor air distribution of four kinds of air supply situation by Analytic hierarchy process(AHP)method.Above research work provides theoretical basis and technical reference for optimization design of ship accommodation and improving accommodation habitability.
