| As a clean and efficient energy source,nuclear power has been widely used in the world,which is of great significance.With the development of nuclear power industry,there are more and more retired nuclear power plants.The decommissioning of nuclear power plant will bring a threat to the surrounding environment,and the effective dismantling of nuclear power plant is related to the safety of the public and the development of nuclear power industry.The purpose of this topic is to develop a diamond wire sawing with chip recovery function.Determine the structure scheme,plan the work flow,and study the key technology of diamond beaded rope cutting reinforced concrete.The diamond wire saw can disintegrate decommissioned nuclear facilities with reinforced concrete as the main material and recover the chips generated during disassembly to reduce the spread of nuclear pollution.This is of great significance for the safe and environmentally friendly decommissioning of nuclear facilities.The decommissioning nuclear facility of diamond wire saw is a process of grinding reinforced concrete materials with multiple diamond grains.In this paper,by using the simulation model of diamond single-abrasive grinding of reinforced concrete,the cutting mechanism of diamond grinding on reinforced concrete material is studied,and the influence of cutting speed and cutting depth on the cutting force and fatigue life of diamond single-abrasive is analyzed,which provides a reference for the selection of working parameters of diamond wire saw.Based on the solid-liquid coupling simulation model of cutting area,the saw-cutting track of diamond wire saw cutting reinforced concrete and the sand-carrying capacity of water flow in cutting area were studied,and a chip recovery simulation model was established.The influence of cutting speed and inlet pressure on the flow field and chip movement in the cutting area is analyzed through simulation,which provides a basis for the selection of chip recovery system parameters,so as to ensure the smooth completion of chip recovery.The experimental research on diamond beaded rope cutting reinforced concrete was carried out by using the designed and built test bed of diamond wire saw.Through the experiment,the chip generated by diamond beaded rope cutting reinforced concrete was obtained and its morphology was observed by scanning electron microscope.The cutting mechanism of diamond beaded rope cutting reinforced concrete was analyzed.In the experiment,the system pressure of the hydraulic motor and cooling water flow under different cutting parameters were recorded,and the relationship between the cutting resistance and cooling water flow of the diamond beaded rope and different cutting parameters was obtained through comparison with the simulation results,and the correctness of the simulation results was verified. |
