Cruise restaurant is an important area in the cruise,is the daily dining activities of tourists public places.Compared with restaurants on land,the space height of the cruise ship restaurant is relatively low,with weak air fluidity,complex spatial heat source,large personnel density and frequent activities,resulting in complex thermal environment and uneven spatial temperature distribution in the cruise ship restaurant.This thesis first takes the cruise restaurant of 80m~2 scale in a cruise project as the research object,Based on AIRPAK software,through analyzing the types of restaurants and determining the Chinese restaurant,western restaurant and hot pot restaurant as the focus of the cruise restaurant thermal environment research.According to the principles of interior design of cruise ships and related ships,a restaurant model with four-person table layout and two-person and six-person table layout is established.Secondly,the three common airflow forms of top air supply,down air supply and double side air supply are selected to analyze the thermal environment of full dining in cruise restaurant summer conditions.By comparing the temperature field and speed field with the human comfort parameter PMV-PPD found that the top air supply is more suitable for cruise restaurants in terms of temperature uniformity,speed rationality and human comfort than the other two air supply methods.By comparing the four air supply speeds of 2.5m/s,3 m/s,3.5 m/s and 4 m/s,we know that 3m/s is the optimal air supply speed under summer conditions;However,comparing the three supply air temperatures of 20℃,21℃and 22℃,it is known that the human body has the best thermal comfort when the supply air temperature is 21℃.By comparing the thermal environment of different restaurant layouts,when the four-person dining table is distributed,it is easier to dissipate heat near the table,but compared to the two-person and six-person dining table layout,it will produce a larger blowing feeling and reduce human comfort.Through the analysis of the thermal environment caused by different restaurants,as the heat of the table increases,the hot air near the desktop will reduce the thermal comfort of the human body,while the western restaurant produces less moisture,and the low-speed air supply cannot take away the surface heat and humidity.While analyzing the thermal environment of the characteristic hot pot restaurant,it was found that the hot pot restaurant has a large amount of heat and humidity,and the pollution of the thermal environment of the restaurant is serious.The air volume in the form of Chinese and Western restaurants cannot satisfy the heat dissipation and moisture dissipation,and the air supply needs the cooperation of local air supply.
