With the development of science and technology,the comfort requirements for vessels and offshore units are getting higher.Due to excessive vibration and noise value will affect the normal working and living of the staffs.And disturbing the normal operation of equipment,causing serious damage to equipment and hull structure,and it is harmful for health of staffs.Therefore,the scientific research vessel carring precision instruments must have a good environment that can meet the requirements of vibration and noise for instruments and staffs.This thesis is based on the comfort requirements of vibration and noise in the living and working environment of the staff on the trimaran scientific research vessel.Firstly,setting the sample vessel as the foundation of analysis.Using the composite damping system which are composed by damping plate and particle damping,local structure reinforcement and other effective vibration and noise control measures,and finally solved the cabins resonance problem caused by the propeller blade frequency,and verifid the effectiveness of particle damping and composite damping system.Secondly,based on the successful experience of the sample vessel,the numerical simulation analysis method was used for the trimaran scientific research vessel,to optimize the arrangement of damping material and sound absorbing material.With reinforcement of local structure,adding damping plates/damping painting and particulate damping materials in the steering gear room,the engine room and fore peak tank area.Using elastic damping painting,elastic damping cement deck covering,in the living cabin areas.Using damping steel as foundations of engine and compressor.Analized the vibration noise affective and solution methods for the living and working comfort environment of scientific research staff.And verify control measures such as damping painting,particle damping,viscoelastic particle damping,sound absorption device,etc.The result shows that some cabins analysis results reach the NORSOK standard is superior to ISO/IMO standards.
