| Currently,China is in the stage of "new normal" economic growth,and various industries are focusing on supply-side structural reform to promote industrial transformation and upgrading and continuous healthy development.As an important pillar industry in China’s economic development,the construction industry is one of the key areas of reform and development.Capital is the "blood" that enterprises rely on for survival and development,and capital management is the center of enterprise financial management and the focus of enterprise development.For construction enterprises,the problem of capital management is weakening the market competitiveness of enterprises,such as weak awareness of capital management,single financing form,backward capital management mode,difficult to implement capital plans and other problems,seriously restricting the survival and development of construction enterprises and owners.Based on state-owned construction enterprises as the research object,through the analysis of the characteristics of state-owned construction enterprise capital management in China and the status quo,to obtain sufficient appropriate data,case studies in GY company,for example,found that the enterprise exist capital budget management is not perfect,the financing channels of a single,inadequate investment decision analysis,and liquidity management of working capital effect is poor money management problems,and put forward the corresponding optimization Suggestions.All in all,the purpose of this paper is to on the basis of capital management related theory,the analysis of state-owned construction enterprises in China fund management present situation and problems,through the enterprise case of detailed research,trying to find out the present stage our country state-owned construction enterprises in the capital management of the above problems,from the fund risk management consciousness,diversified financing channels,set up fund management platform and strengthen the capital program management,puts forward the path to help construction companies save money spending,control the cost of capital,improve profit margins,further enhance the level of its development capacity and make a little contribution. |
