Working capital management is an important part of corporate financial management and affects the realization of corporate value activities and strategic goals in many ways.However,the traditional working capital management model has its limitations,and the analysis and evaluation through a few single indicators cannot meet the current needs of high-quality development of enterprises.The working capital management model based on the value chain perspective can be integrated into every aspect of enterprise operation and management,helping enterprises to strengthen the management of working capital in all aspects from the perspective of sustainable development,rational allocation of existing funds,and promote capital appreciation,which is a good way to help enterprises improve their competitive advantage.At present,the valve manufacturing industry has been in a rapid development stage,but with the increasingly complex competitive market environment,the industry began to enter a platform period of development,the urgent need to seek new economic growth points.The environment faced by enterprises is also becoming more and more complex,and if you want to occupy a place in the competitive market,you must pay attention to the management of working capital.Adopting the perspective of value chain to analyze and evaluate the working capital management of enterprise S can help enterprise S to improve its working capital management from a holistic perspective and thus promote the long-term development of enterprise S.The research framework of this paper is as follows: firstly,it introduces the realistic and theoretical background of this paper,clarifies the purpose and significance of the research,makes a brief statement on the current situation of domestic and foreign research,and sorts out the content and framework of the research;secondly,it introduces the theories and basic concepts related to the paper;again,it analyzes the current situation of working capital management of S enterprises,points out the problems in the process of working capital management of S enterprises Then,the current situation of working capital management of enterprise S is analyzed,and the reasons behind the problems are analyzed.Finally,the objectives and principles of optimal working capital management of enterprise S are proposed from the perspective of value chain management,and a series of suggestions for optimization are put forward from both internal and external value chain perspectives.Through a series of analysis and research,this paper draws the following conclusions:(1)There are many problems in the internal and external value chain of enterprise S,such as serious inventory backlog in each link,insufficient investment in R&D,and lagging sales channels,which seriously affect the efficiency of working capital management of enterprise S.(2)Enterprise S can optimize its working capital management from both internal and external value chains.In the internal value chain,the working capital turnover efficiency of enterprise S can be improved by reducing the inventory stock,optimizing the production process,increasing the investment in R&D,and innovating the marketing promotion strategy.In terms of the external value chain of the enterprise,it can choose to speed up the flow of the external capital of the enterprise by establishing strategic alliances with suppliers and strengthening customer relationship management.(3)In the process of optimizing the working capital management of enterprise S,we can not only ensure the future healthy development of enterprise S,but also seek the common points of similar enterprises,and provide theoretical reference and practical experience for other machinery manufacturing enterprises to optimize their working capital management.
