Research On The Financial Performance Of Car Companies Based On Improved EVA

As the representative of advanced industrial enterprises,the development of the automobile industry has received widespread attention from the society and people for a long time.But in recent years,with the global auto market into the cold winter,the overall car market downturn makes the development of the entire automotive industry appear slower and more complex,many established enterprises have been mergers and acquisitions,while emerging enterprises are also broken.How to stabilize the overall automotive market,and so that enterprises can develop into a long-term development of the top priority of the task of each enterprise.The introduction of EVA economic value added into the day-to-day management of enterprises can help enterprises to understand their own profitability in a timely manner,but also to timely feedback market information,so that enterprises really understand their own and make the right strategic planning.In theory,the combination of automobile enterprises and EVA research is less,based on the above background,the application of EVA to automotive enterprises,help enterprises to enhance their own capabilities,the development of enterprises is also of great significance.This paper uses the methods of literature investigation,case study and comparative research to carry out the research.First of all,the traditional financial performance evaluation method and EVA performance evaluation method are expounded theoretically,so as to provide theoretical support for the following research.The introduction of EVA can fully take into account the profitability of enterprises,and the indicators affecting the profits of enterprises are excluded,than the traditional methods more comprehensive and more in-depth and true reflection of their own situation.Secondly,to understand and analyze the basic information of the case enterprise,introduce BQ company as a case sample,select BQ company’s financial data for the five years 2014-2018,combine with BQ’s own situation,analyze the evaluation results of the current EVA enterprise,and put forward the existing problems.Third,the problem sifted against the problems raised was optimized in combination with THE EVA theory and the company’s current situation,and the optimized EVA values were calculated.The optimized EVA values are compared with past EVA values and traditional financial evaluation methods.Finally,the following suggestions are made on how BQ can improve the level of performance evaluation:(1)Improve efficiency to the internal optimization structure(2)reduce subsidy dependence to continue to increase investment(3)reduce sales costs and costs,improve the use of funds...
