| The green and low-carbon cycle development of energy and power is an inevitable choice to promote the high-quality development of China’s economy and deepen the supply side structural reform.M technology company is one of the largest power generation equipment manufacturing and power station engineering contracting enterprises in China.However,due to the particularity of the industry and the influence of traditional management mechanism,its current performance evaluation system is still traditional financial evaluation,which is far from SASAC’s assessment requirements of highlighting EVA performance evaluation orientation and the group’s high-quality development demands under the new situation.Therefore,in order to respond to the new assessment requirements of SASAC and match with the group’s strategic development goals,M technology company began to explore the introduction of advanced performance evaluation ideas and optimize its own performance evaluation system since 2019.Based on the above background,this paper takes M technology company as the research object,based on the analysis of the current situation and existing problems of the company’s performance evaluation,using the method of combining economic value added(EVA)and balanced scorecard(BSC),and from the perspective of internal performance evaluation,optimizes M technology company’s own performance evaluation system,In order to reflect the company’s performance more accurately,provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the company to optimize its performance evaluation system,and help the company better adapt to the SASAC related assessment and group strategic development.The research shows that:M technology company has good long-term and short-term solvency,but the risk of bad debts due to credit is increasing,the occupation of working capital is unreasonable,the net profit rate of sales and the rate of return on investment are not optimistic,and the rationalization of operating profit is not taken into account,so there is still a large room for improvement in its future development;The existing problems of the company’s performance evaluation are mainly manifested in the following three aspects: the performance evaluation system does not fit the company’s strategic objectives,the emphasis on financial indicators but ignores non-financial indicators,and the industry characteristics of the performance evaluation indicators are not prominent;By decomposing the strategic objectives and drawing the strategic map,according to the steps of formulating the evaluation objectives,selecting the evaluation indicators and determining the weight of the indicators,the performance evaluation system of M technology company integrating EVA and BSC is constructed from the four aspects of financial dimension,customer dimension,internal operation dimension and learning and growth dimension with EVA as the core,which is further subdivided into 17 evaluation sub objectives The weight of each evaluation dimension,sub objective and evaluation index is determined by AHP.At the same time,M technology company’s overall performance in 2019 is good,and its poor performance in financial and customer dimensions is the main reason for M technology company’s failure to achieve excellent performance in 2019,which can be guaranteed by overcoming communication barriers,strengthening learning and training,gradually refining and adjusting,supporting resources and strengthening professional consultation,Promote the smooth implementation of the new performance evaluation system. |
