With the rapid development of modern society and economy,the problem of environmental pollution has become a major problem affecting human survival,especially indoor air pollution has seriously endangered human physical and mental health.Phytoremediation,as a green economic restoration technology,is an effective way to solve indoor air pollution problems.In this paper,we combined the advantages of plants in removing indoor air pollutants and the advantages of LED and used different light sources to regulate the environment in which plants grow,this paper focuses on the study of the cultivation and the removal of formaldehyde of Epipremnum aureum and examined the light quality and light intensity on the growth characteristics of Epipremnum aureum and its effect on the removal of formaldehyde.The light environmental conditions provided a reference basis for the optimal cultivation of air pollutants to remove air pollutants.The research has achieved the following research results:(1)The different light qualities(white light,red light,blue light,green light,yellow light,warm white light,red blue green light,red blue white light,red blue light)were studied on the growth,metabolism and the effect on formaldehyde Remove.The results showed that plants treated with red-blue light and red-blue-white light had the highest adsorption rates of formaldehyde,reaching 93.50%and 85.12%,Compared with other light sources,red and blue light have a good promotion effect on the growth of plants.Compared with other light sources,it has a positive effect on the fresh weight and stem length of the plants,reaching 415.2 g,86.2cm and 2.03 mg/g,and Y(NPQ),NPQ,and F_v/F_m were larger,reaching 0.611,0.396,and 0.707.The ability of Epipremnum aureum to remove formaldehyde may be related to its fresh weight,photosynthesis and its Chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics.(2)By setting the light intensity to 25,50,75,and 100μmol/m~2·s,the effects of two light qualities on the growth and metabolism of Epipremnum aureum and the removal of formaldehyde under different light intensities were studied.The results showed that under the light intensity of 100μmol/m~2·s red and blue light,the adsorption rate of formaldehyde was the highest,reaching 87.20%,and the growth was the best.The fresh weight,leaf area and chlorophyll content reached 205.6 g,1749.13 cm~2,2.54mg/g,NPQ,q N,F_v/F_m reach the maximum value of 0.269,0.710 when the light intensity is maximum.Under red,blue and white light,when the light intensity is 50μmol/m~2·s,the adsorption rate of formaldehyde reached 71.35%.The fresh weight of Epipremnum aureum,the leaf area,and the chlorophyll content decreased due to light inhibition and increased with the increase of light intensity and it reached a maximum value of 140.6 g,1414.18 cm~2 and 2.71 mg/g when the light intensity was 50μmol/m~2·s.MDA content increases with the increase of light intensity and q P,q L,F_v/F_m of Epipremnum aureum also reach the maximum values of 0.173,0.164 and 0.709,so plants under different light with the increase of light intensity.Therefore,under different light qualities,the plant has different characteristics with the light intensity increases.
