| Good maintenance space,modern ship,should be ensured for the parts at the design stage to facilitate the later maintenance with becoming more and more complex.This paper proposed fast verification method of maintenance space will apply in model design stage takes with using CATIA/CAA software design ship.This method can quickly and accurately verify whether a single or multiple parts are reasonable in a predetermined upward maintenance space.The main research is divided into the following aspects:Firstly,the method is proposed to overcome the shortcomings of current space verification methods.Two space verification methods,virtual reality needs to be connected to external equipment and model conversion is carried out;Interference detection requires a special simulation process.Proposing a method that can quickly verify the specified space in the specified direction to improve the rationality of part space in designSecondly,Introduced a hybrid collision detection algorithm to realize the method rely on interference detection.Preliminarily designed an algorithm for the method after the interference detection is deeply explored,the development route is gradually narrowing the scope and gradually improving the precision.Then,to improve speed algorithm is optimized.Three areas that can be optimized,including 1)adopting multiple types of bounding boxes;2)pre-intersection detection is carried out on the bounding box;3)regard the separation distance as the optimization standard and redefine the bounding box.The algorithms before and after optimization are compared to determine the optimization effect.Then the function module is implemented in CATIA software.This paper puts forward the development requirements of module after analyzes the whole process of rapid verification in CATIA,operates it implemented by CAA with C++ on Visual Studio2008,and shows module’s function in the software platform with an ship example.Finally,the verification method is applied to expand the space verification function.In maintainability analysis,tool accessibility,personnel accessibility and visibility assessment are expanded and applied.The fast verification method of ship maintenance space studied in this paper has the characteristics of high speed,reliability and real-time space verification.This method can effectively ensure the rationality of maintenance space in ship complex equipment design. |
