The isolated structure can increase the damping ratio of the structure,prolong the natural vibration period of the structure and greatly weaken the seismic response of the upper structure.So it has better engineering practical value and is used by more and more structures.At present,there are two design methods for isolated structures in China,one is the damping coefficient method proposed in Code for Seismic Design of Buildings,and the other is the direct design method proposed in Code for Seismic Design of Buildings.There are significant differences in the design provisions between the two design methods,but there are few comparative studies based on the two design methods.In addition,as an isolated structure with a wide range of application at present,it is of great research value to analyze the difference of seismic performance based on different design methods of frame-shear wall structure.In this article,a frame-shear wall isolated structure is taken as the research object,and PKPM and SAUSAGE finite element analysis software are used to analyze its structural response under different design methods.The main work of this article includes:(1)Based on the damping coefficient method and direct design method,the frame-shear wall isolated structure is designed.The economy of the two design methods is compared,and the response difference is studied.The results show that the direct design method can improve the material consumption,but the direct design method better considers the mechanical properties of the isolation bearing and can better reflect the real stress state of the structure.(2)The time-history response analysis of structural models obtained by different design methods under rare earthquake action shows that the frame-shear wall isolated structure obtained by direct design method has smaller deformation,less plastic damage and better seismic performance.Under the rare earthquake,both the damping coefficient model and the direct design model can ensure that the stress and deformation of the structure meet the requirements.(3)Under the condition of frame-shear wall isolated structure of direct design method,the influence of shear force adjustment on seismic performance of structure is studied.The results show that the influence of shear force adjustment on structural response is basically negligible under the action of fortification earthquake.Under the rare earthquake,the shear force adjustment has little effect on the structural response,and the stress and deformation of the frame-shear wall isolated structure can meet the requirements without shear force adjustment.
