A Research On Financial Shared Service Center For Hubei Airports Group Based On Financial Integration

In order to dapt to the globalization of economic globalization and the deepening of reform,the focus of enterprise management has gradually shifted from production management to financial management,and the transformation of traditional accounting to management accounting is an objective demand and inevitable trend of socialist market economy development.In the past,the drawbacks of the extensive financial management model have become increasingly apparent.Under the guidance of the state,enterprises have begun to seek management mechanism reform,gradually transition to a refined management model,and establish a modern enterprise management philosophy with financial management as the core.This move is modern.The important work content that enterprises can continue to develop steadily in the fierce competition wave.In the face of complex economic environment and ever-changing market,how to obtain higher profits at the lowest cost,and maintain efficient management mechanisms and operational processes,become the focus of enterprises to maximize value.Based on the above background,this paper uses the literature research method,the field investigation research method and the case analysis method to study the financial sharing service model of Hubei Airport Group construction industry.First of all,it sorts out the related concepts of financial sharing and financial integration at home and abroad.Secondly,taking Hubei Airport Group as an example,it further analyzes the organizational structure,staffing and operation process of the company’s current financial sharing operation.Using the swot model,the macro environment and internal environment of the company’s financial shared service model were analyzed in depth,and the necessity of establishing a financial shared service model by Hubei Airport Group was obtained.Finally,it evaluates the financial integration effect brought by financial sharing,proposes improvement suggestions for future financial sharing construction and business integration,and provides solutions for different stages of development of financial sharing and business integration.This thesis conducts case study on the construction of the financial sharing center of Hubei Airport Group based on the integration of financial resources.It not only meets the needs of the development of the times,but also meets the needs of the company’s own growth and needs to be transformed,and provides financial integration and financial integration for other companies.
