Research On The Integration Of Industry And Finance Under The Background Of Financial Sharing Of A Airlines

With the rapid development of economy,the enterprises in our country are constantly expanding,and at the same time,there are some disadvantages such as complex organization,low management efficiency and high financial cost.It has become the first choice for many companies to reconstruct the financial management mode through financial sharing center.The advantages of financial sharing center,such as standardization and process,to a certain extent enable enterprises to reduce operational risks and improve work efficiency.The integration of industry and finance under the background of financial sharing promotes the internal harmony of enterprises,so that departments with different original goals can work together for the benefit of enterprises and solve the problem of separation of industry and finance.With the continuous development and improvement of management accounting,enterprises pay more and more attention to management accounting,and building a financial sharing center with the function of financial integration has become the only way for many enterprises to develop.In this paper,a company is taken as the case study object,from the construction of financial sharing center to the purpose,implementation conditions,specific implementation path and implementation effect of financial integration under the background of financial sharing,and the short-term effects and shortcomings of financial integration are analyzed.The case study found that the integration of industry and finance under the background of financial sharing has the following functions:improving the quality of decision-making,improving the efficiency and effectiveness of operation,enhancing the cohesion of enterprises and improving the prevention and control of risks.On this basis,this paper concludes that if large enterprises want to successfully promote the integration of industry and finance through the financial sharing center,they should make full use of the data collection and processing function of the financial sharing center,formulate a more perfect management system,adjust the original organizational structure with loopholes,and improve the corresponding performance appraisal system.The research findings of this paper can provide reference for other large companies to update their financial models,and also hope for the development of financial integration.Finally,I hope that through the case analysis of the financial transformation of Company A,it can provide inspiration for the financial workers to transform from accounting financial workers to management financial personnel as soon as possible,and give full play to the role of financial information to adapt to the development of the times,the progress of science and technology,and improve the positioning of financial management in enterprises.
