The integrated electrical system of startor/generator can reduce the volume of airframe space,reduce the weight of aircraft and reduce the cost of manufacturing,which is an important research direction of modern advanced aircraft.As the demand of flight height and velocity of aircraft is ceaselessly rising,with the development of new type of magnetic material、high performance semiconductor switching devices、power electronic technology and computer control technology,the integrated starter/generator system of aircraft is flowing in the direction of brushless、high speed and high power density,which become a research hotspot at home and abroad.Due to its virtues of simple construction and robust mechanical strength 、controllable excitation、convenient control and high power density,Doubly Salient Electromagnetic Machine(DSEM)has broad prospects in integrated starter/generator system of aircraft applications.This paper is based on the background of the design of the starting controller,which is for DSEM used on aircraft startor/generator system.The starting control system of DSEM is studied.Firstly,this paper introduces the development history and research status of aircraft startor/generator integration system and the research status of DSEM.Secondly,the structure and mathematical model of DSEM are introduced,with the mathematical model,the basic working principle and control strategy is introduced.Then,the model of DSEM is built using the Matlab/Simulink.On the basis of the mathematical model and the control strategy model,the simulation results of two strategies,Standard Angle Control and Advanced Angle Control are analyzed and compared.According to simulation waveform analysis of the current and the inductance,the produce of torque ripple in the process of electric operation is analyzed,based on the this analysis,a torque ripple suppression control strategy based on optimized turn-on、turn-off Angle is introduced,the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy is verified by the simulation results.After that,the hardware and software of the starting controller for DSEM are designed,which uses DSP and CPLD as the core,and the design process is described in detail.Finally,combined with the experimental platform,a starting experiment was performed on the designed starting controller.The effectiveness of the control strategy and controller are verified,and the starting system meets the requirements of starting performance indicators,what’s more,various fault conditions are simulated to verify the fault protection function of the controller. |
