As an emerging processing technology,irradiation processing has played a huge role in industry,agriculture,medical and health manufacture.With the rapid development of the irradiation processing industry,how to ensure the quality of the irradiated products has become an important issue.A crucial factor to ensure the quality of the irradiated products is to ensure the uniformity of the irradiation.Regarding the core problem: irradiation uniformity,the current irradiation processing technology has encountered the following difficult problem: The scanning uniformity of "shaped beam spots" is often poor,and it is difficult to meet the irradiation processing requirements.To solve this problem,this paper studies and designs a permanent magnet multipole focusing device to modify the "irregular beam spot" of the electron irradiation accelerator.The permanent magnet multipole focusing device can modify the beam spot shape incident on the electronic scanning / spread device and improve the uniformity of the irradiation beam.It can solve the problem of uniform diffusion of "shaped beam spots" that cannot be overcome by traditional scanning.After improving the uniformity of the irradiation of the "special beam spot" after spread,how to measure the uniformity of the irradiation has become another key issue.The traditional irradiation uniformity detection method can not detect the irradiation uniformity in real time,often causing economic losses,and it is more difficult to adapt to the irradiation uniformity detection after the spread of various "shaped beam spots".In response to this problem,this paper studies and designs an online detection device for uniformity of irradiation.The online detection device for uniformity of irradiation can achieve the real-time online monitoring of the uniformity of the irradiation electron beam,which not only achieves the purpose of online monitoring of product processing quality but also has a stronger adaptability to the uniformity detection of the "variable" beam scanning results.In this paper,we first analyze the scanning / spread results of shaped electron beams,and demonstrate the effect of the initial beam spot shape of the incident electron beam on the scanning results.In order to improve the shape of the beam spot incident on the electronic scanning device,the idea of strong focusing on the "shaped beam spot" by a permanent magnet multipole focusing device is proposed.After beam dynamics simulation and electromagnetic field numerical calculation,the physical parameters of the magnet required by the permanent magnet multipole focusing device were obtained,and its versatility was verified.Then the design of permanent magnet was carried out,the parameters of the magnetic pole were optimized,and engineering processing was finished,which laid a foundation for the realization of permanent magnet multi-pole focusing.In this paper,the overall design of the irradiation uniformity online detection device is completed,and a prototype of the irradiation uniformity online detection device is fabricated,then the beam experiment is completed using the device,which verifies the feasibility of the device in practical engineering.
