| Lean production can bring great benefits to enterprises,which is not only economic benefit,such as lower inventory,better quality,shorter lead time,less employee quantities,faster response.Non-financial benefit is also come from lean production,for example improving the comprehensive quality of employee,building great enterprise culture,building same value,improving innovation and building the team.Because lean production has so many advantages,more and more enterprises are implementing lean production.These enterprises are getting more benefits from lean production.This thesis selects the SDS company as object of study.For the problems of production,such as production capacity lack,lower productivity,we will analyze these problems by lean production tools and improve these questions.At first we analyze the current status of SDS production.The HCV production line is the research object.After summarizing the cycle time of HCV,we can find the bottleneck of this line.After analyzing the questions of bottleneck,the possible real reasons are found.By using value stream analysis we would like to find the detailed problems of supply chain,then compare and integrate those preceding problems,we can find the real questions and confirm some kaizen points.Then we would like to use lean tools to solve problems,such as line balance,ECRS,OEE,which can increase the production capacity,efficiency and labor productivity.At last we summarize the experience,we would like to give some advises and concepts for lean production implementations in SDS.Wish lean production to become the standard process and the lean production system will be built through lean workshop implementation in SDS.After that,lean and continuous improvement becomes the enterprise culture. |
