With the acceleration of sponge city construction process,the community has gradually become the key area of sponge city construction and development.Especially in the background of the gradual expansion of sponge construction area,building a reasonable evaluation model and determining the areas that need sponge transformation can effectively avoid the omission of some areas with poor environmental conditions and sponge transformation conditions,while some areas with good environmental conditions and no need to carry out sponge transformation,so as to make full use of resources.Therefore,this paper will establish the evaluation index system of sponge transformation,calculate the weight of each evaluation index,build the evaluation model,and comprehensively evaluate the areas that need sponge transformation in the research area;Using Infoworks simulation software,the effect of sponge transformation in the study area is evaluated to ensure that the evaluated area can meet the corresponding construction requirements after sponge transformation and avoid resource waste.(1)The research area was divided into lots.Through questionnaire,visit and survey of each lot,basic data were collected,and the single symbol system function of Arc GIS software was used to evaluate the sponge transformation after the preliminary selection of the plot with sponge transformation conditions with or without sponge transformation conditions.(2)Two first-class evaluation indexes affecting sponge transformation in the community are determined:transformation demand A1 and transformation implementation condition A2.Seven secondary indicators:green vegetation coverage B1,sewage overflow B2,ground sanitation B3,underground space development B4,community pavement B5,relationship between road pavement and greening B6 vertically,roof rainwater disconnection B7.Using the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weight of each index,build the evaluation model,combined with the mixed flow and waterlogging block,comprehensive evaluation to get the number and location of the study area that need sponge transformation.(3)Using Infoworks as simulation software and annual runoff total control rate as index value,the model evaluation was carried out.The results showed that the current control rate of total annual runoff in each area was 60.82%(South Lake Catchment area),51.50%(East Lake catchment area)and 56.91%(Patrol River catchment area),which didn’t meet the corresponding target value of 65%,70%and 60%,respectively.In the long-term planning and evaluation,the current control rate of total annual runoff in each district was 65.83%for the South Lake catchment area,63.30%for the East Lake catchment area and 60.64%for the Patrol River catchment area.the South Lake catchment area and Patrol River catchment area both met the corresponding target value,while the East Lake catchment area was difficult to reach the goal value because the level of the current construction was high.
