| With the acceleration of China’s urbanization process and the higher standards and requirements of urban residents for the living environment,the sponge renovation of the community is being widely applied.However,many problems have been exposed in the process of transformation: for example,there is no need to renovate the community for transformation,the urgent need to renovate the community has not been reconstructed,the selection of the renovation of the community is impossible,and the project cannot achieve the expected goals after the implementation of the project,resulting in a serious waste of resources.Therefore,how to scientifically and rationally choose sponge reconstruction community has important engineering significance.The research of this paper aims to provide scientific basis and method for rational selection of sponge reconstruction community.Firstly,this paper investigates the present situation of sponge facilities in Donghu New Technology Development Zone and makes data statistics.Secondly,on the basis of reasonable selection of districts within the region by using analytic hierarchy process,the paper evaluates the implementation effect of sponge renovation by using InfoWorks hydrological model.The main findings of the study are as follows:(1)In this paper,more than 1000 districts in 11 catchment districts of Donghu New Technology Development Zone are taken as the research objects.And the basic situation of sponge facilities in each district is counted by means of questionnaire survey.Then the collected questionnaire data are sorted out by ArcGIS software,and 309 districts with renovation conditions are screened out.(2)In this paper,the analytic hierarchy process is applied to construct the hierarchical structure model of the evaluation system of the district sponge transformation index.The index of the district sponge transformation is compared and sorted,and the weight values of each index and the comprehensive scores of 309 districts with the transformation conditions are obtained.It is concluded that there are 127 districts in Donghu New Technology Development Zone that need sponge transformation,and they are mainly distributed in the catchment area of Nanhu,Donghu and Tangxun.And the number of the areas which requiring sponge reconstruction is 52,19 and 54 respectively.(3)Based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),this paper applies the InfoWorks hydrological model to evaluate the hydrological status and planning of Donghu New Technological Development Zone with the annual total runoff control rate as the index.It is concluded that the annual total runoff control rates of the three major system zones of Donghu Lake,Nanhu Lake and Tangxun Lake after sponge transformation are 75.22%,65.22% and 67.55% respectively.The evaluation results show that the Donghu Lake can reach its target value of 75%,so it can reach its target after the sponge modification of the selected residential areas;and the Nanhu Lake can reach its target value of 75%,so it can also reach its target;The catchment area of Lake Townsend differs greatly from its target value of 75%.Although the condition in this area has a large increase after the sponge modification,it is still unable to reach the target due to its poor natural conditions. |
