| In the overall background of the vigorous promotion of prefabricated buildings in China,lightweight,green and energy-saving are important directions for the development of prefabricated steel plate concrete shear walls.The steel plate composite shear wall structure is partially manufactured at the factory,and has been used as a prefabricated structure in recent years.Ceramsite concrete has the characteristics of light weight and environmental protection and is also allowed to be used as a structural material,but it has not been widely used because of its low strength and small elastic modulus.Combining the two,taking advantage of the steel plate factory’s on-site assembly and the light-weight and energy-saving characteristics of ceramsite concrete,the use of steel plate restraint to improve the strength of ceramsite concrete and the formation of ceramsite concrete steel plate composite shear wall is a structure form worth exploring.In order to explore the seismic performance of this kind of shear wall and the influence of different types of edge members on it,this paper designed three specimens,and conducted low-cycle repeated loading tests on these members,while using numerical simulation analysis methods,The mechanical properties such as hysteretic performance,deformability,stiffness degradation and strength degradation are studied.This article draws the following main conclusions:(1)The hysteresis curve of the ceramsite concrete steel plate composite shear wall of different forms of edge members obtained by the experimental study is relatively full of shuttle shape,and the strength and stiffness degenerate slowly,indicating that the members have excellent seismic performance and good bearing capacity and deformability And energy consumption characteristics;(2)The bearing capacity of the ceramsite concrete steel plate composite shear wall with flange boundary element is the highest among the three walls;the ductility of the ceramsite concrete steel plate composite shear wall with end column edge members is the best among the three walls;Increase the lateral rigidity of the boundary elements,can enhance the bearing capacity of the shear wall;reasonable arrangement of boundary elements helps to improve the ductility of the members.(3)The failure process and mode of ceramsite concrete steel plate combined shear wall with different edge forms mainly show that the boundary elements of the wall and the lower part of the wall buckle or bulge and develop to form a buckling zone,and the concrete inside the steel plate is only slightly damaged at the bottom.The ultimate failure is that the steel plate at the lower part of the shear wall yields or tears,and the upper part of the wall is basically intact;(4)Analyze the strain gauge data of each member.The steel plates on the sides and back of the wall farthest from the center begin to reach yield first.As the load increases,the yield range of the steel plate extends to the middle and upper parts. |
