With the emergence of a large number of urban viaducts,people have paid attention to the problem of a large amount of idle and inefficient space under the viaducts.The characteristic business model,that is,the use of cultural and creative business,provides a composite economic possibility for the space under the viaduct,which can be implanted with a unique space charm,enhance the space attraction,and enrich the space vitality.This paper firstly conducts theoretical research and law summarization on the commercial utilization model of cultural and creative business under the viaduct.Analyzing successful cases summarizes the spatial characteristics of the characteristic commercial utilization under the viaduct.Using the SD method and factor analysis method to explore the correlation between the space environment under the viaduct and the quality of the cultural and creative commercial landscape constructs the landscape evaluation system of cultural and creative business under the viaduct,and puts forward the commercial use and landscape mode under the viaduct.Secondly,the site under the Rennan Viaduct in Chengdu,China is selected for practical exploration and application.The theory and practice are combined,and the corresponding strategies are proposed from the aspects of "place space","place atmosphere" and "subsidiary environment" in order to realize the exploration of cultural and creative activities under the viaduct and its landscape reconstruction,and provide a reference and paradigm for the practice of commercial use and transformation of under-viaduct space in China in the future.
