| With the development of urbanization, city scale is expanding constantly,as well as the build of urban transportation infrastructure. On the one hand, urban viaducts inject vitality into the development of cities, but on the other hand,it also brings negative effects on the surrounding environment and people’s lives and leads to the problems of Landscape fragmentation and scattered space under the viaducts. After reconsidering urban viaducts,we can find that,in addition to traffic function, they should also possess the function of public space, such as parks and squares. As a measure to integrate fragmented space, landscape infrastructure combines the aesthetic, recreational and ecological function of the landscape with the traffic infrastructure function to establish internal relations and connect the scattered landscape.Thereby traditional municipal engineering with single function can be integrated into a more comprehensive urban public system and a multifunctional and regional landscape space under viaduct.Surrounding this theme, this paper firstly generalizes the related concepts and theories of landscape infrastructure. Then the paper defines the concept of space under viaduct and summarizes the basic features and types of it.And this research also digs the potential of the space under viaduct and analyzes the existing problems.Next,a combination of domestic cases and foreign cases can be employed to analyze and summarize existing effective design techniques.Under the design guide of landscape infrastructure, with the target of space using multiply, designing regionally and improving ecological system, and the four basic principles of ecologic, sustainability, safety and accessibility, public opening and people-oriented,this paper put forwards corresponding design strategy of space integration under the bridge. Finally,by the design example of Golden Maple Flyover, this paper put forwards the design method and approaches of the site under the guidance of the design strategy of landscape infrastructure,as to achieve the target of integration design the space under viaducts. |
