Cam design system is a powerful tool for cam mechanism design.However,there is no design system for high-speed cam contour design in the market.The idea of parametric design only requires the designer to input the key parameters,and the design calculation process is handed over to the software program automatically.This design mode greatly reduces the workload of the designer and shortens the product design cycle.In this paper,based on a comprehensive analysis of the relevant research on the design of cam profile at home and abroad,a general parametric design system for high-speed and low-speed cam profile is developed.This paper mainly studies from the following aspects:Firstly,the design method of high-speed cam curve is studied.In this paper,the nine interval high-low speed universal cam curve model based on shape function is selected to carry out the pre design of cam curve.In order to construct the cam curve with high order continuity and high fidelity,the design method of cam curve reconstruction based on high order differential interpolation is introduced.Through the quantitative analysis,the seventh order spline is the optimal high order interpolation method for the high-speed cam contour high-order differential interpolation reconstruction solution in this paper.Then,in order to optimize the working performance of the high-speed cam,the shape factor is introduced into the high-order differential interpolation method to construct the adjustable high-speed cam contour interpolation function.Taking the disk cam mechanism with offset direct roller follower in the piston oil pump of the lubrication system of the semiautomatic paperboard press as the research object,the high-order differential interpolation method is used to reconstruct and optimize its motion law curve The results show that the dynamic performance and wear contact performance of the system are improved.Finally,a high-speed cam profile design system is developed based on QT creator 4.2.0.On the basis of the traditional design method of middle and low speed cam profile,the system adds the pre design method of nine interval high and low speed cam curve based on shape function and the reconstruction design method of high-order cam curve based on highorder differential interpolation.Dynamic analysis module and contact analysis module are added to analyze the performance of high-speed cam system The interactive interface is simple and intuitive,which simplifies the complex calculation process,improves the design efficiency and reduces the design difficulty.
