Drainage pipes are important municipal facilities,and regular maintenance work on drainage pipes is an important measure to ensure urban drainage and prevent waterlogging.However,due to various conditions,there are certain problems in China’s drainage pipeline work.It is an inevitable development trend to use pipeline robots to intervene in drainage pipeline maintenance work.This paper uses AHP to assist in the construction of the functional analysis system technology(FAST)model,improves the efficiency of drawing FAST charts,and establishes the FAST-AHP combination method.It is hoped that this method will guide the function construction of the drainage pipeline maintenance robot to solve the following problems: 1.The lack of product function development,the content of the drainage pipeline maintenance work is complex,and the existing products cannot meet the actual needs;2.The product development is not systematic enough,manufacturers,research institutions Each becomes one,and the products cannot work together.This article first describes the types of drainage pipeline defects and the status quo of drainage pipeline maintenance work,and then investigates the drainage pipeline maintenance robot products currently sold in the market.In addition to the above opportunities,it is also found that the products currently sold are relatively crude in appearance.problem.Then it discusses the application method of the FAST method in detail,and points out the problems in the application of FAST-although this method can systematically and logically build product functions,in the process of building complex function charts,if you encounter Multiple "Or connections" will make the entire chart extremely complicated,thereby reducing the efficiency of product development.Then use the AHP method to assist in drawing FAST charts and make real-time decisions on the functional trend of FAST charts,thus establishing the FAST-AHP combination method,which makes the drawing of FAST charts more efficient,objective and scientific.Finally,using the FAST-AHP combination method,combined with the product design method,combined with the product design method,screened and optimized the sketch,and obtained the final shape design plan.This article takes the conceptual design practice of five drainage pipeline maintenance robots as an example to systematically and logically design the drainage pipeline maintenance robots.
