| The gear split-torsion transmission system is a new type of mechanical transmission system.It has the characteristics of light weight,few transmission stages,high transmission efficiency,strong reliability,and low noise.It is widely used in aviation,shipbuilding and other fields,with good development prospect.The load sharing characteristic is a key factor to measure the transmission performance of the system,so it is necessary to conduct a lot of research on it.This article takes the gearbox designed based on the torsion transmission system as the research object,and conducts a lot of testing and research on its load-sharing characteristics.The principle of torque transmission of the elastic shaft system is introduced,and it is concluded that the flexible shaft is responsible for torque transmission and the rigid shaft is responsible for support.Through simulation technology,it is verified that the torsion transmission system based on the elastic shaft system design has better load-sharing characteristics;The dynamic physical model of the transmission system is established,the influence of the installation angle,the transmission shaft stiffness,the adjustment of the gasket clearance,etc.on the system’s load-sharing system is studied.In actual production.In order to ensure that the transmission system has better engineering application effect,the test scheme design and test system development of the system’s load-sharing characteristics are completed.In the development of the test system,using the NI company’s hardware system and Labview software development platform,the overall design of the system,the layout of the strain torque sensor,the design of the conductive slip ring,the data acquisition design,and the data analysis design were completed to realize the dynamic data of the transmission system.Real-time collection,analysis,storage and other functions.Build a test platform for torsion transmission,complete the static calibration of the flexible shaft,obtain the dynamic torque data of the transmission system under different working conditions,draw the load factor curve,and complete the analysis and study of the system load sharing characteristics. |
