With the rapid development of the national economy and the continuous acceleration of the level of urbanization,the subway,as a convenient,fast,punctual,and environmentally friendly modern urban rail transportation,saves urban land resources,reduces urban environmental pollution,and improves the efficiency of residents’ travel.It played an important role.However,due to influencing factors such as spring material,manufacturing process,and alternating load,the rapid subway vehicle has a serious fatigue fracture problem of a series of steel round springs.This will not only increase maintenance costs,affect subway operation efficiency,but also pose a threat to passenger safety.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the fatigue life of a series of steel circular springs for rapid subway vehicles.Therefore,this paper proposes the fatigue life analysis of a series of steel circular springs based on ANSYS / FE-SAFE.In this paper,ANSYS is used to directly establish a finite element model of a series of steel circular springs.The load and restraint are applied to the series of circular steel springs according to the actual loading conditions,and the static strength analysis is carried out.The analysis discusses the magnitude and distribution range of the stress of a series of steel circular springs under vertical and horizontal,vertical and vertical loads,respectively,and finds the weak position of its static strength under load.Through the modal analysis,the first 60 order modes and frequencies of a series of steel circular springs are calculated.Compared with the passing frequency of fast subway vehicles,the resonance of a series of steel circular springs caused by wave grinding is analyzed.In order to explore the effect of orbital wave grinding on the fatigue life of a series of steel circular springs,this paper builds its model through multi-body dynamics simulation software,combined with the dynamic parameters of the fast subway vehicles of Guangzhou Metro Line 3,and measures the track through Guangzhou Metro Line 3 The spectrum calculates the time history of the vibration displacement load of a series of steel circular springs under different working conditions,wheel and track excitations.Then,through pretreatment,the time history of vibration and displacement load of a series of steel circular springs of fast subway vehicles is compiled into a fatigue load spectrum by rain flow counting method.Through the FE-SAFE fatigue calculation software,combined with the fatigue load spectrum and static strength analysis results of a series of steel circular springs,the fatigue life and life cloud map of a series of steel circular springs under different working conditions,wheel and track excitations are calculated.According to the analysis,the working conditions,wheels and tracks are all factors that affect the fatigue life of a series of steel round springs,and the difference between the track and the working conditions is greater.The calculated minimum fatigue life of a series of steel round springs is consistent with its actual life.,And its appearance is consistent with the actual fracture position,and put forward effective measures to reduce the fatigue fracture of a series of steel circular springs.
