| A new type of mortarless recycled concrete block prepared by construction waste with a certain mix ratio has good mechanical properties while using solid waste and saving costs,and can be used in engineering practice;and has simple assembly,high masonry efficiency,and reduced construction Cost,stable construction quality,green energy saving and other advantages.This paper presents a design scheme for a new type of mortarless blocks made of recycled aggregates,and tests and analyzes the compressive and flexural properties of recycled concrete blocks under different mix ratio designs;here Based on this,the mechanical properties of the new type mortarless block masonry have been simulated and analyzed by finite element method.The main research results are as follows:(1)A new type of mortarless recycled concrete block with geometric interlocking mechanism is designed.The new type of mortarless block has a regular rectangular convex shear key on the upper surface and a symmetrical semi-rectangular groove on the lower surface.Through the geometric interlocking of the shear key and the groove,the masonry can be built without mortar.To a certain extent,the shear resistance of the masonry is improved;the simple structure can realize factory and large-scale production,and the simple and unified connection method can improve the masonry efficiency and masonry quality.(2)Seven kinds of mix ratio designs were carried out on the new recycled concrete mortarless blocks,and the compressive strength test results of 21 recycled concrete blocks and the bending strength test results of 21 recycled concrete blocks were compared and analyzed: Recycled concrete blocks that all use recycled aggregates have good compressive and flexural properties.The fly ash replacement rate within a certain range can improve the mechanical properties of the block and can meet the requirements of load-bearing blocks;The mix ratio of recycled concrete with excellent mechanical properties,under this mix ratio,the compressive strength of the block is 19.1MPa and the flexural strength is 6.0MPa.(3)Use the ABAQUS finite element analysis software to simulate and analyze the new type of mortarless recycled concrete block masonry.Analyze and study the constitutive relationship of recycled concrete,and verify and analyze the constitutive relationship by comparing the experimental results of the compressive strength and shear strength of the mortarless recycled concrete block with the simulated structure;through the new mortarless recycled concrete The finite element simulation of block masonry,analysis and study of the compressive performance and shear performance of the masonry under the standard design bearing capacity,and the compressive strength and shear strength of the masonry under the ultimate bearing capacity are obtained by setting the displacement load.They are 3.03 MPa and 0.807 MPa,respectively.Finally,it is concluded that the form of the masonry can meet the specification requirements and has good mechanical properties.Making construction waste into recycled concrete blocks can realize waste utilization,which has a good promotion effect on the development of green buildings and environmental protection,responds to sustainable development policies,and has certain economic value.The research of new mortarless recycled concrete masonry is beneficial to the innovation and development of masonry structure walls and prefabricated walls of prefabricated buildings,and has good comprehensive benefits. |
