Research On Party Building Information Platform Optimization Of YA Railway Enterprises

At present,with the deepening of the party’s strict and comprehensive administration,the party building work of state-owned enterprises has risen to an unprecedented height.Continuing to carry out party building work in the traditional way of thinking can no longer meet the needs of work.The use of information technology to build a set of party building information platforms that are in line with corporate characteristics is of great significance for state-owned enterprises to implement the requirements of comprehensively and strictly governing the party and promote the overall improvement of party building.This article takes the state-owned enterprise of YA Railway Enterprise as the research object,based on the analysis of the relevant theories of party building informatization and the status quo of domestic and foreign political party information construction research using literature,through questionnaire surveys and individual interviews with party members and masses of YA railway enterprises In-depth analysis of the five types of functions implemented by the platform: organizational management,open party affairs,communication between the party and the masses,publicity and education,and learning and innovation.It was found that the platform mainly has duplicated functions,not shareddata,incomplete functions,poor interaction effects,untimely management and maintenance,unattractive content,low user’s attentions,and hidden dangers in information security.In response to these problems,based on feasibility analysis,clear design principles,and overall thinking,this paper proposes an optimization plan design for the party building information platform:First,through the integration of repeated construction functions,data interaction and information verification and other interactive functions are realized.,And add batch operations,automatic correlation and other functions to achieve simplified operations,ensure accuracy,and facilitate retrieval and modification of the effect of the call;the second is to optimize the various functions,split,add modules,etc.,the original 5categories 16 functional modules were expanded to 30 functional modules,and the party affairs disclosure function was split into 6functional modules.Among other functions,9 functional modules such as organizational life management,online service platform,and online examination platform were added to enhance various types of platforms.The interactive effect of functions;the third is to optimize the platform account,security,and performance requirements to improve the platform’s optimized use efficiency,security performance and operating results.In addition,through the comparison of the effects before and after and the feedback of the test results,the optimization plan design effectwas tested,and safeguard measures were proposed from the four aspects of organization,system,talent,and funding to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimization plan.At the end of the paper,the research results of the optimization of the party building information platform of YA railway enterprises are summarized.After optimizing the platform,it inherits the characteristics of the original platform system with high flexibility and wide range of function modules,which expands the realization effect of various functions.The optimized platform could effectively alleviate the party building staff’s tightness,heavy tasks,and heavy pressure,has enabled the company’s party building work to be carried out in an orderly,standardized,and efficient manner,providing a reference basis for corporate leaders to make relevant decisions,and a certain reference for other railway enterprises.
